Application Process

Application Fee is $34.95 that can be paid at the end of the tenant application. This fee is Non-Refundable; however, can be used for multiple properties that are managed by Southern Flyer Property Management. It can take up to 24 hrs to receive the application.

You MUST have an approved application to tour any of the properties available for rent.

Tenant Requirements

  • We currently are not accepting Section 8 vouchers from HUD or Meridian Housing Authority.

  • Your monthly income must equal 3 times the monthly rent for the apartment. For example, if the rent is $500 per month, your monthly income must total $1500.

  • No pets (Inside or Out)

  • No Smoking

  • Must be 21 or older to submit an application

  • First Month’s Rent and Security Deposit are due at lease signing.

  • We will only hold properties with approved application and full deposit paid. You will not be able to move in until you have paid in full.
